Mystery Hornbill, Tsumeb (Namibia)

Is this a Bradfield's Hornbill? The problem is the yellow and not a red eye. Or a Crowned Hornbill? Distribution range not correct and lack of yellow line at base of bill. Or a Monteiro's Hornbill? The problem is once again the yellow and not dark eye. It is not one of the Red-billed Hornbills due to the casque on it's bill. This photo was taken approximately a year ago 10 km's North East of Tsumeb.
